This article begins by defining the reasons and implications of the concept of 'Green Finance', probes into the inevitability of the development of green finance as well as the feasibility of the development of state economic coordination. It puts forward thoughts on the basic development of green finance, the likelihood of the establishment of both a direct and an indirect financial system, and the support of the greening of agricultural production to create a green culture in the financial world. There is also discussion of optimizing the external environment for the development of green finance.
