在人类社会经济发展中,自然生态系统发挥了重要作用。由于人们对自然资源过度开发利用使生态系统遭到严重破坏,而生态环境的稳定是实现经济社会可持续发展的基础和保障,生态补偿作为一种可以为公共物品提供生态系统服务的激励手段受到广大学者的关注。论文系统阐述了国内外专家学者在生态补偿领域的研究成果,对于加快我国的生态补偿机制建设与推进生态补偿实践工作具有十分重要的现实意义。论文采用历史计量与层级划分方法对领域内研究成果进行详细论述,着重分析生态补偿机制在实际运行过程中产生的难题并积极探索其未来的研究方向,从而为专家学者开展相关研究提供有益参考。
Abstract：In the development of human society and economy,natural ecosystem plays an important role.Due to the excessive exploitation and utilization of natural resources,the ecosystem has been seriously damaged,and the stable development of ecological environment is the basis and guarantee for the realization of sustainable economic and social development.Ecological compensation,as an incentive means to provide ecosystem services for public goods,has attracted the attention of scholars.This paper systematically expounds the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad in the field of ecological compensation,which is of great practical significance for speeding up the construction of ecological compensation mechanism in China and promoting the practical work of ecological compensation.Therefore,this paper uses the method of historical measurement and hierarchical division to discuss the research results of authoritative experts in the field in detail,focusing on the analysis of the problems arising from the actual operation of ecological compensation mechanism and actively exploring its future research direction.In order to provide useful reference for experts and scholars to carry out related research.
