空间视角下数字经济对雾霾污染的影响效应

数字经济作为经济社会发展的新型经济体,为环境污染治理提供了新的视角。为评估数字经济对雾霾污染的影响,论文以2001—2021年的面板数据为研究对象,首先对我国30个省份雾霾污染与数字经济的空间演化特征、空间演变格局与空间自相关性进行了分析,并进一步构建不同的空间权重矩阵,运用空间杜宾模型进行研究,最后进行了空间异质性分析以及替换计量模型为动态空间模型与替换权重矩阵的稳健性检验。实证结果表明:(1)研究期内雾霾污染浓度总体呈现出下降趋势,集中度高,数字经济发展水平逐年提高,重心移动距离大。(2)雾霾污染分布呈现显著的全局正向空间溢出效应和局部特征,雾霾污染与数字经济空间布局主要以高高集聚、低低集聚为主。(3)数字经济与雾霾污染呈空间负相关,并且数字经济的空间溢出效应能有效抑制雾霾污染。(4)数字经济对雾霾污染的影响存在区域异质性。数字经济对西部地区雾霾污染的间接影响和空间溢出效应大于中东部地区。对于雾霾污染,政策制定者可以从数字经济角度制定缓解其排放的相关政策。

Abstract:

As a new type of economy in economic and social development, digital economy provides a new perspective for environmental pollution control. In order to evaluate the impact of digital economy on haze pollution, the paper takes panel data from 2001 to 2021 as the research object. First, the spatial evolution characteristics, spatial evolution pattern and spatial autocorrelation of haze pollution and digital economy in 30 provinces in China are analyzed, and different spatial weight matrices are further constructed and the spatial Durbin model is used for research. Finally, the spatial heterogeneity analysis and the robustness test of the replacement measurement model as dynamic spatial model and the replacement weight matrix are carried out. The empirical results show that:(1) The overall concentration of haze pollution generally shows a downward trend, the concentration is high, the development level of digital economy is increasing year by year, and the center of gravity is moving far.(2) The distribution of haze pollution presents significant global positive spatial spillover effect and local characteristics, and the spatial layout of haze pollution and digital economy is mainly dominated by high-high concentration and low-low concentration.(3) There is a spatial negative correlation between digital economy and haze pollution, and the spatial spillover effect of digital economy can effectively inhibit haze pollution.(4) The impact of digital economy on haze pollution is regional heterogeneity. The indirect influence and spatial spillover effect of digital economy on haze pollution in western region is greater than that in central and eastern regions. For haze pollution,policy makers can formulate relevant policies to mitigate its emissions from the perspective of digital economy.
