基于2004—2017年省际面板数据对我国交通运输业的碳排放进行测算,并通过面板门槛效应模型对交通运输效率的碳减排效应进行分析。结果表明:交通运输业中货物周转效率对交通运输业碳排放具有显著的正向促进作用,旅客周转效率则表现出显著的负向抑制作用;交通运输效率对交通运输业碳排放的影响存在门槛效应,货物周转效率对交通运输业碳排放的促进作用随货物周转效率的提高而显著降低,旅客周转效率对交通运输业碳排放的抑制作用随旅客周转效率的提高而显著增强;不同水平的经济发展规模下,货物周转效率对交通运输业碳排放的影响具有先抑制后促进的"U"型关系,旅客周转效率对交通运输业碳排放的减排效应随经济发展规模的扩大而持续降低。
Abstract:Based on the provincial panel data from 2004 to 2017,this paper estimates the carbon emission of China's transportation industry,and analyzes the carbon emission reduction effect of transportation efficiency through the panel threshold effect model.The results show that:in the transportation industry,the efficiency of freight turnover has a significant positive role in promoting carbon emissions,while the efficiency of passenger turnover has a significant negative inhibitory effect;the impact of transportation efficiency on carbon emission of transportation industry has threshold effect,the promotion effect of freight turnover efficiency on carbon emission of transportation industry decreases significantly with the increase of freight turnover efficiency,while the inhibition effect of passenger turnover efficiency on carbon emission of transportation industry increases significantly with the increase of passenger turnover efficiency;under different levels of economic development scale,the impact of freight turnover efficiency on carbon emissions of transportation industry has a “U” shaped relationship of first inhibition and then promotion,and the emission reduction effect of passenger turnover efficiency on carbon emissions of transportation industry continues to decrease with the expansion of economic development scale.
