绿色创新是实现经济高质量发展的重要因素，对其前因、后果变量的探讨已成为学术界关注的焦点，但其研究结果尚未形成一致结论。为探究绿色创新的前因、后果变量，对181项研究、240个效应值进行元分析。首先考察社会网络、财务资本、人口统计学特征、组织特征、政策制度、内部环境、组织能力以及战略导向等前因变量对绿色创新的影响，其次从绩效层面探讨绿色创新与后果变量之间的关系，最后将大规模组织与中小规模组织的元分析结果进行对比分析，以期为组织绿色创新实践提供借鉴。
Abstract：Green innovation is an important factor to achieve high-quality economic development, and the discussion of its antecedents and consequences variables have become the focus of academic attention. However, the results of the study have not yet reached a unanimous conclusion, in order to explore the antecedents and consequences of green innovation variables, this paper analyzes 181 studies and 240 effect value by using meta-analysis. Firstly, the influence of antecedents variables such as social network, financial capital, demographic characteristics, organizational characteristics,policy system, internal environment, capacity level and strategic orientation on green innovation are investigated, and the relationship between green innovation and consequences variable is discussed from the performance level, and the metaanalysis results of large-scale organizations and small and medium-sized organizations are compared, in order to provide reference for green innovation practice of enterprises.
