吸收外商直接投资是促进内蒙古经济增长、产业结构转变和加快城镇化发展的重要组成部分,也是顺应经济全球化发展趋势和产业国际分工的必要措施。改革开放30多年来,内蒙古地区的经济发展水平不断提升,居民收入水平大幅度提高,人民的生活质量显著提高,对于生态环境的关注度和要求也越来越高。外商直接投资对内蒙古生态环境的影响已然成为学者的研究热点和社会关注的焦点。文章介绍了内蒙古的生态环境和外商直接投资基本情况,分析了外商直接投资和东道主国环境的一般关系及对内蒙古生态环境的胁迫效应,并提出了合理解决利用外商直接投资和保护内蒙古生态环境之间的矛盾和策略。

The foreign direct investments are to promote economic growth in Inner Mongolia, changes of the industrial structure, speed up urbanization of important components, conform to the trend of economic globalization, produced in the international division of the necessary measures. For more than 30 years reform and opening up, economic development level in Inner Mongolia region rising, income increased significantly, marked improvement in people's quality of life. For ecological and environmental concerns and demands more and higher, impact of foreign direct investment on the ecological environment of Inner Mongolia has become a focus of academic research and social concern. This article introduced the basic situation of the ecological environment of Inner Mongolia and foreign direct investment, analysis of the relationship between foreign direct investment and the General environment of the host country and its coercive effect on ecological environment in Inner Mongolia, and made a reasonable solution to the use of foreign direct investment and the protection of ecological environment in Inner Mongolia and contradictions between policies.
